Your home realty expertise is exceptional. Like most sellers, and probably buyers as well, I was not fully prepared to begin the process of selling my home. However, the time that you took with me to explain the process in detail from marketing through settlement better prepared me for what to expect.
Even though from my perspective it took forever, the fact that my house was put on the market and under contract all within 2 weeks was phenomenal. Also, the time you took in coordinating between me and the other realtors before my home went under contract, and the coordination between me and the buyers and their settlement company was also outstanding and very much appreciated.

Our agent, Carol Pennington was a sheer joy to work with. She was a true processional in all of her dealings with us. She listened to our needs, did her research, adjusted her research when our ideas about what we needed changed, gave us previews of her findings, worked with our schedule to show us the homes, and patiently worked with us until we finally found our home. Never once did we feel pressure to hurry up and find a house. When we did find our home, she was as genuinely happy for us as we were for ourselves!

I would like to thank Mr. Timothy Cephas of RKJ Realty for his hard work and dedication in helping me with selling my home and buying my new home. This has been such a smooth process. It is my first time selling a home and Mr. Timothy Cephas made the process so smooth and easy. He put the sign in my yard on a Wednesday night after 5:00pm, and by the next day before 9:00am there was a contract on my home. He called me right away to let me know. I was truly impressed with Mr. Cephas' hard work and dedication to the selling of my home. He also was very informative and helpful with me purchasing my new home. He made sure that the contract I was signing was giving me incentives that they had promised when we were sitting at the table. I really am glad that I chose someone with integrity and that truly cares about the people that trust him with such a big decision in their life. First I want to thank and praise God for one of your agents, Mr. Timothy L. Cephas. My wife and I had been praying for a way to buy a home. Once the Realty Company approved our loan we thought the hard part was over, but that’s really when the hard part started. That is why I thank my Lord and Savior for Mr. Cephas. Looking for a house that’s going to be your home takes time and patience and Timothy not only had time and patience, he treated each home we looked at as if it was for himself. He was not concerned about what he would get out of the deal; But if each house and price met our needs. As each week came and passed, each time when Timothy met my wife and me, he always had this confident smile like today would be the day, he never showed any emotions like he was getting tired of us or hoped we find something fast. I could feel the presence of God in Timothy as we traveled looking for homes and I thanked God each day for him.
When we finally found the home we liked, Timothy seemed more excited than we did. I had told Timothy that I knew we would find a home and that I had prayed to God for a home and saw the vision that we would find one. That is why Timothy was so excited for us, he knew that God had answered my prayers and he had played a part in it.
Finally I noticed your Logo is “We’re not #1-Our clients are. Sir you could not be more correct, we thank God for your Company and pray that you will continue to have major success and keep sending outstanding agents to others like Timothy Cephas. Not only did we find a home, but God sent another Christian in our lives forever.

Mr. Cephas,
I wanted to write and express my gratitude for all the hard work you have done with the selling of our townhome and the purchasing of our new house. I can recall the first encounter with you. It was on a Friday evening. My mother and I were casually looking at homes in the area. Little did we know that meeting you would change our lives in such a wonderful way :)
You have an eagerness and a patience that many agents don't possess. When we met with you for the first time - you already had listings in our area of previously sold homes, so we were prepared before we even put our house on the market. When the market sells seemed to had slowed down slightly, we began feeling discouraged, but you continue to motivate us, and we knew things would be "okay". Oh yes - let's not forget that you found our new home. I never bothered looking at houses in that particular area until you took us there. It would be difficult to name all the wonderful things you have done for us, but the least I can say is: THANK YOU!! The most important aspect of our business with you - was that fact that you made us feel like your own family and we greatly appreciated that. The home selling process was quite new and a bit scary for us, but you helped us along the way.

When looking for a new home for your family you need somebody pleasant, uplifting and willing to go the extra mile, Marcia is definitely that type of person.
From being on call whenever I had a question, helping find the perfect home for my family and going the extra mile to making sure that we got it. In the end we got the house and I thank Marcia greatly for being by my side the whole time and making sure that everything worked smoothly and ended wonderfully.

When deciding to sell / purchase a home, we talked to a few real estate agents who desired to partner with us; however, the “fit” was not right. We looked for certain things in this person: a listening ear, a professional appearance, an excellent knowledge of the housing market, and honesty. With much success, we found the right agent, one of your team members. Mr. Bethards, “William”, was all that we desired in an agent. We found him to be personable, possessing an excellent work ethic. He was hard working and was a man of integrity and quiet strength. He answered our questions no matter how elementary they may have been. At no time did William ever make us feel like we were going through this process alone. With every step, he was there to assist us with each phase. He was able to de-mystify the home buying / selling process for us, making it as smooth and uneventful as humanly possible.
How can we say thank you enough to William? From the visits to properties that fit our criteria to walking through homes with us to e-mailing properties that would potentially be of interest to finally accompanying us on the 1 hour drive to Prince William County to what we now know as a “Divine Appointment”. Thank you, Marcia, for helping me purchase my first home!! This was not an easy task because I knew nothing about the buying process, but you were patient and there to guide me all the way. Once I found the home I wanted, we had 3 weeks to close, and thanks to all of YOUR hard work and effort...we did it! I was out of town 2 of the 3 weeks...in Texas for a week, back home 4 days, then off to China for 9 days, and back the day before closing; and you did whatever it took to get the job done and ready for closing when I returned..emails, scanning, faxing and phone calls...tremendous dedication. Re: Letter of Appreciation
I had the pleasure of working wit Melvin Morris during my recent purchase of a home in the London Towne community of Centreville, Virginia. From the beginning Mr. Morris was curteous, professional, and very knowledgable of every aspect of the real estate process. He made me feel like I was the only client he had and was available to answer any of my questions. I was impressed that he was present for the home inspection when I was unable to attend.
